Founded by Gerald D. Roche in 1995, the company began with three notable projects: Silver Spring Country Club of Ridgefield, St. Matthew's of Norwalk Parish Hall and Tauton Press' South Main Street Newtown Facility. Roche Incorporated's success at the Silver Spring Country Club led the firm to numerous projects of the area's finest golf clubs. Since its creation, the company has also utilized its expertise as a specialty contractor on projects that have been created through private funding such as the Ridgefield Playhouse, The Tiger Hollow Sports Complex at Ridgefield High School, and Founders Hall, a Recreational and Educational Center for Seniors.
Roche Incorporated has been recognized as a reliable and proficient Construction Manager for the dioceses of Bridgeport and Hartford. Significant projects include school additions for St. Lawrence Parish in Shelton, St. Mary’s in Ridgefield and St. Bridget’s in Cheshire. Church additions were completed at St. Elizabeth Seton in Ridgefield and St. Luke’s in Westport.
The relationship the firm has developed with commercial clients and architects enables Roche Incorporated to also perform custom residential projects and home building activity that ranges from new construction to renovations and major additions.
