With over 25 years of experience, there is virtually no aspect of the building process where Gerald Roche has not had personal hands-on experience. Before founding Roche Incorporated in 1995, he began his career in the construction business with another prominent firm working his way up the ladder. Referrals from past clients and an outstanding reputation created a strong foundation for the start of Roche Incorporated.
