- Regular inspections of the building, grounds and common areas through daily and/or weekly property visits
- Inspect and supervise service contract work in accordance with prearranged specifications
- Implementation of preventive maintenance programs
- Negotiate service contracts for landscaping, trash, snow removal, improvement projects, HVAC systems, etc.
- Provide on call services to handle all repair requests
- Enforce rules and regulations of the properties
- Maintain records on all unit owners and/or tenants
- Attend Board and unit owner meetings
- Collection of Common Charges, Assessments and Rents
- Monthly Accounting Reports
