A new 40,000 square foot class “A” office building with a unique steel structure that sat on 256 steel pilings and concrete pile caps. The exterior consists of metal framed curtain walls with glass and stucco. A complete wet sprinkler system, gas fired rooftop, multi-zone HVAC system, 2000 amp electrical service including all lighting, telephone and communication wiring as per tenant requirements.
