A new 40,000 square foot class “A” office building with a unique steel structure that sits on 256 steel pilings and concrete pile caps. The exterior consists of metal framed glass curtain walls and stucco. The interior was tailored to tenant requirements and includes a wet sprinkler system, gas-fired rooftop, multi-zone HVAC system, and a 2000 amp electrical service with specific lighting, telephone and communication wiring.
