Client Name: Country Club of New Canaan
Completion of this 8,000 square foot new Golf Pro Shop, also included underground golf cart storage, members golf bag storage, staff offices and staff housing, and complete renovation of the Ladies Locker Room.
In addition, Roche Incorporated has been selected to manage the extensive renovation of the Club House that will include upgraded exterior finishes, landscaping, completely new mechanical and electrical systems, renovation of the Grill Room, Dining Room, Entry Foyer, and providing a new Tennis Shop. Work is slated to begin December 2003 and to be completed by June of 2004.
