Client Name: Redding Country Club
The complete renovation of this 20,000 square foot Club House located in Redding, Connecticut included new Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms, Grill Room, Dining Room, Board Room, Kitchen, Management Offices and outside dining area.
Roche Incorporated also constructed the new Maintenance Facility that included wash down and pesticide storage areas and constructed the on-course “Romtec” waterless restrooms that do not require a septic system.
