The Silver Spring Country Club of Ridgefield, Connecticut has once again enlisted Roche Incorporated's superior construction management experience for this massive renovation and expansion. This project began in September of 2005 with the demolition of 4,000 square feet of the original structure. By expanding the Silver Springs Country Club over 14,000 square feet, the new and improved structure promises to be a stunning recreational escape for club members. Included in the expansion are brand new kitchen facilities, grill and dining rooms, as well as a fully functional golf pro-shop and golf cart storage. Highlighting this gorgeous structure will be a 175 foot wraparound terrace providing panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. This project is scheduled for completion by Memorial Day of 2006.

Property : St. Elizabeth Seton Church, Ridgefield, Connecticut
This impressive 7200 square foot addition began in August of 2005. As well as adding a brand new multi-purpose room and kitchen for assorted church functions, a new patio area will be built to fully utilize this scenic rural setting in Ridgefield Connecticut. The delicate procedure of transferring stained glass from its initial home in the old St. Elizabeth Seton Church to the new addition will be a beautiful focal point of this quaint country church. This project is scheduled for completion in June of 2006.

Property : Temple Shearith Israel, Ridgefield, Connecticut
With demolition of the existing sanctuary beginning in November of 2005, the addition of multiple meeting rooms, new lavatory facilities, and administrative offices will expand the initial space from 3220 square feet to 7840 square feet. This state of the art sanctuary will vastly increase the space available for religious education, as well as directorial conferences. This project is scheduled for completion in August 2006.
Property : Young's Nursery, Wilton, Connecticut
For this brand new nursery in Wilton, Connecticut, construction began in May 2005. In addition to constructing the retail and office space for Young's Nursery, Roche Inc. has imported specialty glass products from Belgium to erect the highest quality greenhouse.
With completion scheduled for February of 2006, Roche Inc has succeeded in providing Young's Nurseries with a remarkable 3200 square foot garden center.
